Brixton Topcats club was officially formed in 1985, although its roots are far older than this. The club is arguably the most famous basketball club in England, with a trophy cabinet and alumni to rival any club in the country. 

Eric Boateng is the Team Manager of the Brixton Topcats overseeing several teams of various ages. He is a main component of the organisation, establishing trust and creating clear communication patterns with others to ensure that tasks are done efficiently.
